System 1 / System 2 and interface decisions. 5. Cognitive biases: anchoring, framing, loss aversion, social proof. 6. Motivation & habit: Fogg model, Hooked — and the dark-pattern line. 7. Human error: slips vs mistakes. 8. Emotional design: visceral, behavioral, reflective.
